Sector 57 sits between Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road, right next to Sector 56. Much of it is Sushant Lok 3, the part of Ansal's Sushant Lok township that spread into this sector, which is why you will find so many Ansal names here: Harmony Homes, Flexi Homes, Florence Elite, Oriental Villa, Eden Villas and Sushant Residency.
Alongside the low-rise Sushant Lok pockets stand the high-rise societies that came later. BPTP Freedom Park Life is the big one, 12 towers of 18 storeys that have been lived in since 2011, and Satya The Legend is another well-known address. Newer projects like M3M Paragon 57 are still being built, so parts of the sector still have construction traffic.
So a move in Sector 57 can mean two very different jobs. In a builder floor or villa, it is stairs, narrow lanes and street parking. In a tower, it is lift bookings and society rules. We plan each one differently, and the survey tells us which one yours is.

Most builder floors here have stairs only, and the inner lanes are narrow, with cars parked on both sides. We send enough crew for your floor, wrap railings and corners, and take apart beds and wardrobes before carrying them down. Where a big truck cannot get close, we load a smaller vehicle at your door and shift to the main truck on the wider road.
In BPTP Freedom Park Life, Satya The Legend and other towers, the move runs on the lift and the society's rules. With 18-storey towers, the lift is the bottleneck, so we confirm with your society office how and when the lift can be used for moving, and arrange the gate pass before the truck arrives.
With new projects still coming up in and around the sector, some approach roads carry dumpers and construction vehicles during the day. We check your route at the survey and time the truck around it.
Sector 57 connects to both Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road, so local moves to Sectors 56, 45 and 48 or to Golf Course Road are short, and intercity moves reach the main highways easily.
